How is purity verified?
Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory using HPLC and mass spectrometry before it is listed. Purity is above 99%. A batch that fails is not listed.
What is a COA?
A Certificate of Analysis is the lab report for one batch: the HPLC chromatogram (purity), mass spectrometry (molecular weight confirmation) and appearance. Every batch COA is published in the COA library before purchase and on the product page.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized vials keep in a cool, dry place away from light. For longer storage use a refrigerator at 2–8 °C or a freezer at −20 °C; stability is up to 24 months. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, use within 28 days and keep refrigerated.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the same day or within 24 hours; orders placed after business hours, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. Carriers are USPS, UPS and FedEx, and a tracking number is emailed on dispatch. Shipping is free on orders of $199.00 or more after discounts.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final once an order has shipped. If a shipment arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, or the carrier confirms it lost, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will review it. Any resolution is at our discretion under the Refund & Return Policy.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe at checkout. Card details are never stored on this site.
Is there bulk pricing?
Yes, applied automatically at checkout on the same item: 10% off 3 or more, 15% off 5 or more, 20% off 10 or more. While a site-wide sale is running the sale price applies instead and the tiers pause. For larger institutional orders, see bulk orders.
